Shipping
Currently all packages are sent with Bpost.
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
Our shipping rates vary depending on the country of destination. All shipping rates will be indicated at the check-out.
We offer free shipping in Belgium on all orders above €250.

Limonsoda is not responsible if your package is delayed by Bpost.
Returns
Purchased items can be returned within 14 days of the delivery date. You have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return, and another 7 days to actually return the item. Please send an email to info@limonsoda.be
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Once your return is accepted, then you receive an email with shipping instructions.
The return cost is the cost you pay when you return.
Please be sure that:
Your item is in the same condition that you received it with any accessories, unworn or unused, with tags, and its original packaging. Otherwise the return will not be accepted.
If we find damage to the returned items, or if the goods are dirty or visibly worn, we retain the right not to accept this return request. If not, the purchase amount will be refunded within 14 business days when I have received the unused product in good condition. Not including shipping costs.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
We are not responsible for any products lost in transit. Lost returns will not be refunded unless you can provide proof of shipment with a track and trace code.
